We may collect account information, phone numbers, message content, call and messaging metadata, device information, authentication details, and support communications necessary to provide and secure the PineCone service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide calling and messaging features, authenticate users, route communications, prevent fraud and abuse, provide customer support, maintain service reliability, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
SMS and MMS Consent
PineCone sends low-volume, one-to-one customer care SMS and MMS only after a recipient initiates a conversation or directly provides consent.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to communications and infrastructure providers, including Telnyx and Google Firebase, only as necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the requested service. These providers are not permitted to use SMS consent information for their own marketing.
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that process data on our behalf, when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
